TERI JONES

Advocacy Consultant

Teri Jones is a retired Special Education teacher who taught in the public education system for more than 37 years. She has a master’s degree in Special Education from the University of Florida and multiple certifications from the State of Florida department of Education.  Over the years, Teri has worked with a wide range of students and their families with a variety of needs and abilities.  She has served students with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Downs Syndrome, Physical Impairments and multiple other disabilities, from prekindergarten to high school. Teri has a thorough knowledge of school based services, including 504 and special education services and related laws. She has skilled knowledge of Assistive Technology, accommodations, interventions, and supports to help students achieve their potential. Teri has always been a tireless advocate for children. She believes that all children can thrive when adults focus on student needs and problem solve to determine ways to effectively support them to reach their potential.  In her spare time, Teri loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, and enjoying nature.

RAECHEL INGLEDUE

Advocacy Consultant

Raechel is a teacher who was raised in North Carolina. She earned a Bachelors in Elementary Education from the University of Florida and continued to earn her Masters in Exceptional Student Education in 2019. She is endorsed in Reading and English for Speakers of Other Languages. In Gainesville, she worked as an ESE teacher for 2nd through 5th graders and then as a Kindergarten teacher in an inclusive classroom. Being in the classroom and involved in many IEP meetings, Raechel desired an opportunity to impact students and families by working with them to help navigate the educational setting and assist in making sure their child’s specific needs are being met. In her free time, Raechel enjoys crafting, spending time with her friends and family, and her favorite thing to do is road trip with her dog, Yoda, while singing Taylor Swift songs along the way.
